1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide through our forms and checkout, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, vehicle details, tire selections and messages. Account, order and payment records help us provide customer service. Our website and service providers also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page visits and referral information. The information required depends on the service you choose.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to answer questions, help identify suitable tires, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide account access and communicate order updates. Relevant records also help prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain the website and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Advertising measurement helps us understand how visitors find the store and whether an advertisement leads to a checkout action. We do not ask for bank information simply to browse our catalog.

3. Payments

Orders are paid in full by card. Payment processing uses providers such as Stripe and the checkout services shown when you order. Card details are entered directly into the payment provider’s secure interface; A–Z Tires does not store full card numbers. Information entered into a provider’s payment interface is also subject to that provider’s privacy practices. Review those notices before proceeding.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share relevant information with providers supporting our store: catalog and checkout services, payment processors, hosting and communication services, tire suppliers and delivery carriers. A supplier or carrier needs order and delivery information to fulfill your purchase. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where different laws may apply.

5. Cookies, Google and Meta

We use browser storage for account sessions, language preferences and checkout continuity. The Google tag and Meta Pixel measure page visits and advertising performance. Selecting Pay now can send a lead event to Google and Meta; this indicates checkout interest and does not mean a payment succeeded. 6. Retention and security

We retain information to service orders, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and our relationship with you. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your login information private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Your choices and requests

Contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, or discuss withdrawing consent or deleting information. We may need to verify your identity, and some records must remain available to fulfill a contract or meet legal obligations. Withdrawing information needed for an order may prevent us from providing that service. Marketing preferences are separate from essential transaction communications.
